Who We Are

Three Phase Line Construction Inc. is a minority-controlled company that utilities call on to deploy highly skilled professionals, quality equipment and state-of-the-art plans to safely build transmission and distribution projects. Our jobs regularly earn customer kudos and awards. The co-founders of Three Phase crisscrossed America working as linemen for more than 20 years, safely completing energy projects of all types and sizes. Their experience built a company that supports and equips workers to keep them safe and ensure their success. That culture still permeates every division, project and crew.

We deliver the highest quality service by bringing together all three phases of electrical contracting: safety, service and productivity. Since 1996, Three Phase has employed world-class experts who build substations and switchyards as well as transmission, distribution and telecommunications jobs, while meeting the strictest environmental and safety standards.
